Au
nombre des faits marquant la vie de la jeunesse malienne courant 2012
figurent notamment l’adoption par le Gouvernement du Document de
Politique cadre de développement de la jeunesse et la tenue le 21 février au Centre International de Conférences de Bamako du Sommet YES Inc.pour l’Entrepreneuriat des jeunes.
Cet
événement qui a mobilisé près de 3000 personnes a marqué le lancement
officiel des activités de YES Inc (Youth Entrepreneurship and
Sustainability) en République du Mali. Il a renforcé les jalons du
nécessaire Partenariat Public Privé pour la lutte contre le chômage des
jeunes par l’approche entrepreneuriale. Depuis,
un partenariat stratégique a été conclu avec le Gouvernement pour la
mise en œuvre de programmes et projets visant l’instauration de la
culture entrepreneuriale chez les jeunes du Mali (scolarisés, non
scolarisés, déscolarisés). Pour une plus grande opérationnalité, YES Inc
a ouvert un Bureau –pays a Bamako et prépare activement la mise en
place de programmes adaptés. Le Programme Incubateur d’Entreprises est
une action d’envergure nationale qui a pour ambition à l’horizon 2020 de
favoriser
la création, le renforcement et le référencement de 5.000 entreprises. Sa mise en œuvre se fait dans une dynamique partenariale public –privé et sera amorcée à Bamako par l’exécution du Projet pilote «
Business Incubation Space ». C’est ainsi qu’au mois de Janvier 2013
sera entrepris le « Business Club activity ». Le « Club Business » est
l’une des activités préparatoires phares du lancement de cette première
phase de notre Programme Incubateur d’entreprises pour le Mali.
L’Année 2013 constitue donc pour la jeunesse du Mali une année d’espoir, une année qui, nous l’espérons avec forte conviction, éloignera
d’elle cette angoisse d’un lendemain hypothétique infligée par les
événements regrettables survenus dans le pays courant 2012.
Nous savons que vous serez du grand nombre de ceux qui aideront à la réalisation de cet espoir en joignant vos
efforts à ceux en cours de déploiement par le réseau mondial pour
l’entrepreneuriat durable des jeunes (YES Inc.). Vous serez avec nous parce que vous êtes acteur incontournable du développement.
Que la Paix, l’Amour et le Bonheur soient vos compagnons fideles durant la nouvelle année.

Among the events marking the life of the Malian youth in 2012 include the adoption by the Government of the Youth development Policy and the organization on 21 February at the International Conference Centre in Bamako the YES Summit for youth entrepreneurship.
This event has mobilized nearly 3,000 people and marked the official launch of YES Inc. (Youth Entrepreneurship and Sustainability) in the Republic of Mali. It has strengthened the foundations of a necessary Public Private Partnership in the fight against youth unemployment through entrepreneurial approach. Since then, a strategic partnership was signed with the Government to implement programs and projects able to develop an entrepreneurial culture among young people in Mali. To insure a greater operability, YES Inc. has opened a country office in Bamako and is currently actively preparing appropriate programs implementation. Business Incubator Program is a nationwide action which aims by 2020 to support creation, strengthening and referencing of 5,000 companies. Its implementation will respect a public-private partnership dynamic and will begin in Bamako by running the pilot project called "Business Incubation Space." Thus, in the month of January 2013 will be undertaken "Business Club activity." The "Business Club" is one of the leading preparatory activities for the launch of the first phase of our Business Incubator Program for Mali.
Therefore, 2013 is for the Malians youth a year of hope; a year which , hopefully, expected to throw far away the deep anguish of an hypothetical tomorrow due by the unfortunate events that occurred in the country in 2012.
We know that you will be in the large number of whose will work to realize this hope by joining your efforts with those being deployed by the global network for sustainable youth entrepreneurship (YES Inc.).. You will be with us because you are a key player in development.
