Yes Inc malian youth program is moving far

Le volet Business Club de la phase I du Programme d’incubateurs d’entreprises pour les jeunes du Mali dispose désormais d’un canevas d’élaboration de son schéma opérationnel. Mieux, Depuis le 26 janvier 2013, tous les samedi de 10h a 14h le Business Club Activity se tient au Bureau pays de YES Inc Mali avec la participation de jeunes porteurs de projets. L’activité  enregistre  périodiquement  des Experts  de haut niveau et Officiels invités.  Nous nous engageons dans les tous prochains jours à la préparation de la mise en place du deuxième volet du « Projet  Business Incubation Space » (phase initiale du Programme d’Incubateurs d’Entreprises pour les Jeunes du Mali). Ce deuxième volet dénommé « Coaching »  fera l’objet d’un Appel à manifestation d’intérêt suivi d’une sélection de Coachs qualifiés sur la base de critères axés sur le résultat. Les Termes de Références relatifs à cette opération très capitale pour l’atteinte des résultats escomptés seront élaborés et soumis à la validation de nos Experts indépendants. La grande importance de cette étape nécessitera également l’implication  de nos Partenaires potentiels et de toute structure publique ou privée intéressée. A terme ce volet générera, pour la période d’un an,  120 entrepreneurs sur un total de 5.000 prévus pendant le cycle du Programme jusqu’en 2020.

Nous restons déterminés à relever le défi de nos objectifs hautement ambitieux pour une contribution efficiente à la recomposition du tissu économique du Mali après la guerre.  Agissant en droite ligne des Politiques sectorielles du Gouvernement de la République du Mali, étape après étape,  avec vous, nous ferons des merveilles.

The Business Club Activity which is a major part of the first Phase of the Business incubators Program for the youth of Mali now has a blueprint for developing the operational plan. Better, since 26 January 2013, every Saturday from 10am to 14h  Business Club Activity sessions are being held at the YES Inc Mali Country Office with the participation of young people. The activity is recording periodically high-level Experts and Officials as guests. We engage in the next few days to prepare the implementation of the second component of the project "Business Incubation Space" (initial phase of the Business Incubator Program for Youth Mali). That second part called "Coaching" will be a call for expressions of interest followed by a selection of qualified coaches on the basis of criteria based on the result. The Terms of Reference relating to this very crucial operation to achieve the expected results will be prepared and submitted for validation to our independent Experts. The importance of this step will also require the involvement of our potential partners and any public or private entity concerned. Eventually this section will generate for the period of one year, 120 contractors on a total of 5,000 planned for the 2020 program cycle.

This Saturday, APRIL 6, 2013 we visited the public of the club to get few minutes for a photo session

La surprise n’etait pas grande pour un familier de YES Inc. car tout cadre parfaitement avec ce qui fut  jadis annoncé et la determination du country leader conjuguée à l’engagement du public  justifia l’engouement qui y régnait .

The surprise was not great for a familiar of YES Inc. Because everything fits perfectly with what was once announced and the determination of country leader combined with public engagement justified the existing enthusiasm.

 QUOIQUE LE GROUPE SOIT RESTREINT POUR CE DÉBUT CE SONT DES PERSONNES  JOVIALES, AUTOUR D’UN  MENU  ATTRACTIF, QUI VIVENT UNE  EXPÉRIENCE  INSTRUCTIVE POUR PREPARER UN MEILLEUR AVENIR POUR LA JEUNESSE DU MALI, DE L’AFRIQUE ET MEME DU MONDE.

Although the group be restricted for a beginning they are jovial persons, around an attractive menu, to take part to an instructive experience for making a better future for the youth of Mali, Africa and even the world.
