Yes Inc. Mali Support the new Employment Policy

Dans sa publication de  Décembre 2012 YES Inc Mali formulait le vœu ardent que l’année 2013 soit une année de paix pour le Mali et l’amorce de l’espoir pour la jeunesse du Mali.  Déjà, un certain nombre de faits marquants nous permettent de constater que la voie de la marche vers l’Avenir  est toute tracée. Parmi ces faits on peut citer notamment l’élan extraordinaire de solidarité internationale pour la libération des zones occupées, les initiatives du Gouvernement pour la relance du Secteur économique, la concrétisation du Partenariat public Privé pour le développement de l’Entrepreneuriat des jeunes  grâce a des initiatives innovantes comme le Programme d’incubateurs d’entreprises pour les jeunes du Mali (en cours de mise en place par YES Inc). Ajoutée a ces faits bienheureux, nous avons le grand plaisir de signaler l’accélération du processus de relecture du Document de Politique de l’Emploi.  Cette action du Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle qui aboutira à l’adoption par le Gouvernement du nouveau Document de Politique cadre de l’Emploi constitue une avancée inestimable. Elle est d’une opportunité de taille car favorisant  l’adaptation des actions en faveur de l’emploi au contexte nouveau marqué par des nouvelles dimensions économiques, sociologiques et technologiques.

Cette circonstance offre la gracieuse occasion à YES Inc. Mali d’affirmer son soutien total au processus en cours et de réaffirmer son entière disponibilité à accompagner le Gouvernement de la République du Mali dans toutes les actions favorisant l’autonomisation de la Jeunesse. Nous nous engageons avec tous nos partenaires au Mali et dans le monde à œuvrer pour la réussite de l’initiative. Nous nous permettons également d’exhorter par la présente toutes les forces vives  et acteurs du développement à soutenir cette dynamique. 

Tous  ensemble nous préparerons en bonne intelligence les voies d’une mise en œuvre efficiente de la future Politique de l’Emploi.

Notre engagement d’aujourd’hui déterminera la sérénité de l’Avenir de la Jeunesse.

In its December 2012 publication YES Inc.MALI formulated the ardent hope that the year 2013 be a year of peace in Mali and the beginning of hope for Malian youth. Already, a number of facts are showing us that the path of  the future is being clearer and clearer. Among these facts we may notably mention the extraordinary momentum of international solidarity for the liberation of the occupied areas of the country, the Government's initiatives to revive the economic sector, the implementation of the Public - Private Partnership for the development of youth through entrepreneurship throughout innovative initiatives such as the Enterprise Incubators Program for Malian youth (implemented by YES Inc.). Added to these facts we have a great pleasure to report the acceleration of the reviewing process of the document of Employment Policy . This action,led by  the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training ,which will bring to the adoption, by the Government , of a new Employment Policy is an inestimable progress. It is a real opportunity for promoting  adaptation of actions in the behalf of employment in the new context marked by economic, sociological and technological growth.
This circumstance offers the gracious opportunity to YES Inc Mali to assert its full support to the ongoing process and reaffirm its full commitment to support the Government of the Republic of Mali in all actions promoting the empowerment of youth. We engage with our partners in Mali and in the world to strive for the success of the initiative. 

Let's also call each one and all development actors to support this dynamic!!!

Together we'll prepare in good intelligence ways for an efficient implementation of the future Employment Policy.

 Our commitment today will determine the serenity of the Future of Youth!!!
